This covers vortexsol.com: the demo form, the on-site assistant, and the announcement bar.
Vortex Solutions Limited, 4th Floor, Delta Annex Corner, Ring Road Westlands Lane, Westlands, Nairobi. PO BOX 17907 - 00100. Email info@vortexsol.com. Phone +254 (0)20 20 10 845.
The demo form asks for your name, company or institution, email, phone or WhatsApp, the product you are interested in, and a note about your operation. The address of the page you submitted from is included, so we can see which product you were reading.
The assistant collects the same kind of details when you ask it to book a demo or start a trial. With each form or chat enquiry we also record the time and the network address of the submission. That is there to block spam and repeated automated posts.
When the assistant is answering with AI, the recent messages in that conversation are sent to Anthropic's Claude service so it can write a reply. The key that authorises the call stays on our server and is not placed in the page. A phone number or email typed into the chat is something you are handing to us, and to that service, for the reply.
When AI mode is off, the assistant stays on our server and walks through a fixed set of questions. Either way, a demo request is emailed to info@vortexsol.com and appended to a private log on our server. That log is not published, and the website is configured to refuse public requests for it.
We use these details to answer you, arrange a demo, and follow up on the product you asked about. We do not sell the list, and we do not pass it to other companies for their own marketing.
If you close the announcement bar, the site stores that choice in your browser so it stays closed on your next visit. That value stays on your device. The site does not currently send page visits to Google Analytics or an advertising network.
Email info@vortexsol.com if you want a copy of what a form or chat enquiry holds about you, or if you want it deleted. Tell us the email address or phone number you used. We handle that request under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
